Canon Group of Companies in Thailand Donates THB 200,000
to Thai Red Cross Society for 2025 Southern Flood Relief

Canon Group in Thailand—which includes Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Canon Prachinburi (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Canon Hi-Tech (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and Material Automation (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- donating 200,000 baht to the Thai Red Cross Society to provide assistance to those affected by the flood crisis in the southern region. The support also includes aiding restoration and relief operations for flood-affected communities in the South under the project “Canon Unites to Aid Southern Thailand Flood Victims 2025”. The donation was presented by Mr. Hiroshi Yokota (5th from left), President and CEO of Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd., as the representative of the group. Mr. Kumchai Lertputtipinyou, Head of Fundraising and Corporate Relations, Thai Red Cross Society, received the donation at Amnuay Narathum Building, Thai Red Cross Society.
The project “Canon Unites to Aid Southern Thailand Flood Victims 2025,” led by Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd., also includes the procurement of essential survival items and the collection of donated goods from volunteer employees. These items are delivered to various partner networks—such as Thai Airways, Thai PBS, and Siam Paragon—to ensure that assistance reaches flood-affected communities as quickly as possible. This initiative aligns with Canon’s Kyosei philosophy, which aspires to “living and working together for the common good.” It reflects Canon’s commitment to supporting people and society, especially by providing timely aid during natural disasters—to create the greatest positive impact.
