Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. continues to advance its sustainability initiatives through the FY2026 Used Books, Magazines, Journals, and Waste Paper Donation Campaign (2nd Campaign). The initiative aims to promote the efficient use of resources, reduce waste generation, and create shared value for society and the environment.

On 13 July 2026, Mr. Taweesak Teeraratana, Manager of the Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) Department, represented the company in delivering 246 kilograms of used books, magazines, journals, and waste paper donated by employees to the Mirror Foundation. The donated materials will either be distributed to individuals and communities in need or recycled to generate funding for the Foundation's "Reading for Nation Building" Project, which promotes access to educational resources while maximizing the value of used materials.

This initiative reflects the company's commitment to advancing the principles of the Circular Economy by encouraging the efficient use of resources in accordance with the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle). Through extending the lifecycle of materials, minimizing waste, and increasing resource value through reuse and recycling, the initiative contributes to reducing environmental impacts and promoting sustainable resource management.

As a result of this campaign, the company achieved a greenhouse gas emissions reduction of 1,395.69 kgCO₂eq, in line with the objectives of the Low Emission Support Scheme (LESS) administered by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) (TGO). The LESS program promotes greenhouse gas emission reductions through efficient resource utilization and waste management practices based on Circular Economy principles.
