Mr.Kenichiro Kubo, President of Canon Hi-Tech (Thailand) Ltd. received the Prime minister’s Industry Award 2023 in Corporate Social Responsibility from the Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin in a ceremony held at Santi Maitri Building, Government House
Canon Group of companies conducts business while being socially responsible and supervise of stakeholders in both terms of social responsibility in the operating process of business and social responsibility of business with surrounding communities through innovative prototype projects in sustainable social responsibility for responding to social, economic, and environmental with good governance to good things for the common good.
Canon Hi-Tech (Thailand) Ltd. conducts business with respect for human right. Emphasis on technology supports social change, employee participation to reduce the use resources of our world and company. In addition, includes strong financials, talented employees, advanced technical capabilities, and good corporate governance.
The company received the award this time that demonstrates determination and diligence in creating things that are beneficial to SDGs and moving towards Net Zero emissions. Including determination to raise grassroots economy to grow by developing sustainable communities and companies.
Industry Awards hosted by Ministry of Industry were inaugurated in 1993 and this year marks the 30th year of this award which represents a strong determination to efficiently develop Thai industries even while in crisis. This is the third time of Canon Hi-Tech (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to receive the Prime Minister’s Industry Award.
