    Canon offers an exclusive Songkran promotion to help photographers gear up their equipment just in time for the long summer holiday. Canon customers can bring their Canon cameras or lenses under warranty to the service center for a free express checkup and cleaning (for equipment outside the warranty period, a fee of 535 baht will be charged). This prompt service ensures that customers will have their cameras ready in time for their trips. Take advantage of this offer from March 18 to April 30, 2024, at the Canon Service Center Head Office (Sathorn Square Office Tower).

    Terms and Conditions

    To ensure compliance with Canon's Express Service conditions, please review the following terms and conditions before using the service:

    • This special service is available for Express Service users at the Canon Service Center, 24th floor, Sathorn Square Building, from March 18 to April 30, 2024, only.
    • This promotion is available for customers who purchase Canon cameras, lenses, and accessories under warranty only.
    • If the product is still under warranty, customers will receive free service according to the warranty conditions. If the product is out of warranty, customers must pay for the inspection and cleaning at the regular service rates.
    • Customers can enjoy this promotion every working day from Monday to Friday, except Saturday-Sunday, public holidays and other special holidays as announced by Canon.
    • While there is no restriction to the number of Canon products eligible for this promotion per customer during the entire period, kindly take note of the terms and conditions of this promotion as specified below:
      • Free Express service shall be limited to only 2 items per service job per customer. Canon shall offer free Express service for not more than 40 service jobs in total per day, divided into two sessions per day:
      • Morning session, from 8:15 am to 11:30 am 20 service jobs
      • Afternoon session, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm 20 service jobs
      • Customers requesting the free express service for more than 2 items will be required to split up their service orders for the 3rd and 4th items and so on. Please note that the new order created for the additional items will be queued accordingly.
      • For this promotion, customers who drop off their product for the Express service in the morning can get their product back in the afternoon, while those who drop off their product in the afternoon can get their product back the next morning.
    • This promotion is not applicable to any express repair service for which the required spare parts are not available on site
    • Customers must confirm the Express repair service immediately after being informed of the details of the repair job by Canon staff over the phone.
    • For the Express repair service for which Canon has spare parts available, customers can get their product back within the next 3 working days, and the Express Service charge shall be waived, except for the case in which the cameras sustain severe damages, for example, dropped cameras and water-damaged cameras and other conditions that require intensive testing.
    • This promotion is not applicable to interior cleaning service, i.e., mold and rust removal, etc.
    • This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
    • Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will use personal information that customers provide (when filling in the form) for the purpose of notification, verification, and identification under this promotion only. It will manage customers’ personal information in compliance with the related laws and Canon’s relevant policies.     • In the event of any dispute, the decision of Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. shall be deemed final.
