On-site Service Process

  1. Contact Canon Call Center to provide primary information and issues at
    Tel: 66 (0) 2 344-998, Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 5:15pm
    (closed on public holidays and holidays announced by Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Company”). 
  2. Staff will provide initial troubleshooting via a telephone or through remote online connection
  3. Staff shall coordinate with the technician team for on-site service if the issue cannot be resolved by the initial troubleshooting.
  4. The assigned technician shall contact the customer to inquire about details and other information and schedule an appointment for on-site service.

Terms and Conditions for On-site Service 

  1. Canon on-site service for solving /or repairing printers is performed by officially appointed providers who are trained in accordance with the company standard. 
  2. The printer should be within the warrantee period, and a specific model with the maximum printed page (Page count limit) defined in the Canon product warranty conditions. Number of printed pages is under the same conditions. Please see the warranty conditions on the warranty card or at https://th.canon/th/consumer/web/product-warranty.
    2.1 On-site service does not cover the replacement of consumables, such as toner cartridge replacement, ink refilling, or maintenance cartridge replacement, except for models that are not designed to allow users to replace consumables by themselves.
    2.2 On-site service does not cover the product installation, issues caused by peripheral devices, installation or uninstallation of Canon software and drivers, and/or other issues related with the operating systems or other additional software.
     2.3 The company reserves the right to reject on-site service if the printer is not under the conditions stated in the warranty conditions, such as using counterfeit, imitation, or compatible toner cartridge. In such case, the customer shall be responsible for all on-site service costs. 
  3. The company reserves the right to schedule the date and time for on-site service as appropriate. The schedule may be adjusted or postponed if necessary, and the company shall notify the customer as soon as possible in advance. 
  4. The customer must inform the company at least one working day in advance if they want to change the date. If customers fail to notify the postponement or cancellation in advance, the company reserves the right to charge the on-site service expenses. 
  5. The customer must pay an additional of 1,800 THB per one printer per one on-site service if the printer is located in Bueng Khong Long, Sangkhla Buri, Umphang, Sop Moei, Omkoi, Mae Ai, Tha Song Yang, Mae Chaem, Fang, Wiang Haeng, Thong Pha Phum, Chiang Khong, and all island areas. 
  6. On-site service is free of charge except for the case specified above.
