    for Canon Printer Repair Service with Starting Rate of 200 Baht

    to Ease the Burden on Customers and Offer Extra Convenienceduring 1 August – 30 November 2022

    Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Canon) organizes its “Delivery Service Promotion” promotional campaign for its printer customers in the central region of Thailand from 1 August to 30 November 2022 to help customers save on their bills for printer repair delivery services in Bangkok and its vicinity (Samut Prakarn, Pathum Thani and Nonthaburi). The promotional repair fees start from 200 Baht (from the normal starting price of 300 Baht) for in-warranty printers and from 300 Baht (from the normal starting price of 500 Baht) for out-of-warranty printers (The price includes product pick-up and return services). The campaign is aimed to help the customers save transportation costs amid soaring gas prices and to provide extra convenience during the rainy season when getting around becomes harder.

    Terms and Conditions of “Delivery Service Promotion” Campaign

    • The above are minimum rates are for delivery service within Bangkok and its vicinity which include pick-up and return service. Canon reserves its right to provide delivery service for 1 unit of printer at a time.
    • Please request delivery service via LINE account: @canononsiteprinter on Mon-Fri 8.30 – 16.00 hrs., except public holidays. Canon will provide delivery service only after receiving full payment from customers.
    • Customers must pack the product for repair in proper condition, ready to be transported as recommended by Canon staff. Otherwise, Canon will not be responsible for any damages found during transportation.
    • Delivery service is available only in Bangkok and its vicinity (Samut Prakarn, Pathum Thani, and Nonthaburi) or areas within 10 kilometers from Canon Certified Service Center only. (Additional surcharges may incur in case of greater distance)
