- Printer In-warranty : 800 Baht / unit (Excluded Vat)
- Printer Out-warranty : Start 1,300-1,800 Baht / unit (Excluded Vat. Spare parts not included)
The above price is the minimum price for service within Bangkok metropolitan region. The price may be charged for additional areas-based distance. The consideration of product warranty made by the company is absolute.
(Onsite service providing area only Bangkok metropolitan region (Samutprakarn, Pathum Thani, Nonthaburi. The company reserves the right to consider in case of outside the service area and may have additional charges if the distance is exceeded.)
Conditions And More Detail of Onsite Service.
- The on-site service is available on Mon-Fri 8.30-16.00 except holiday.
Service time depends on an appointment by the company - The customers must provide name-address information, phone number that can be contacted, printer model and serial number before requesting service.
