Service Terms and Conditions - Canon CARE+ (Not Just Repairs But Option for Non-stop Works)
Canon CARE+ add-on service during repairs, available for Canon cameras and accessories (“Camera & Accessories”), is another option for customer to create non-stop and smooth works.
From the standard service to the beyond alternative, this add-on from Canon is best for professional photographers, expat tourists, and general customers who need to use products continuously to create uninterrupted works.
Service Terms
- Inspection and repair services will be carried out only after the customer has granted repair approval to Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“the Company”).
- This rental service promotion (“Rental Service”) applies only to products currently under warranty or products previously covered by Canon Thailand warranty.
- Customers who have sent a product for repair and are required to wait for spare parts for at least one day or more (excluding the drop-off day), and who wish to use this service.
- The rental service during repairs covers cameras and lenses. The Company shall provide rental products in good working condition and ready for use.
- If the rental products provided by the company is not operational due to the product failure or force majeure, the company shall replace the product with the replacement product with free of charge.
- The list of cameras and accessories for this promotion and the rental rate for each camera and lens model is shown in the company website: https://th.canon/th/consumer/web/camera-rental-service. No deposit is required from the customer who uses this rental service.
- The company reserves the right to limit the rental service per day based on the availability of the ready-to-use cameras and accessories.
- Customers may use the rental service for five days at maximum. If a customer requires the service for more than five days, the company shall consider on a case-by-case basis.
- Customers may join the promotion on business days, Monday to Friday, except Saturday and Sunday, public holidays, and holidays announced by the company.
- This promotion is available only to customers who use the service in Thailand. Customers may use the service and join in the promotion at the Canon headquarters office only.
- The rental service promotion is available from 14 February 2026 to 29 May 2026.
