    The express services are available from 3 – 20 April 2023
    at Canon Service Center, Sathorn Square Office Tower.

    Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is offering the special Canon Express Checkup, Cleaning, and Repair Services for photographers and travelers preparing for their trips during the long weekends in April. The express services will be available from 3 - 20 April 2023 (excluding weekends and public holidays) at the Canon Service Center located on the 24th floor of Sathorn Square Office Tower. The following services will be free of charge:

    • Free express checkup, and cleaning services for Canon’s cameras, lenses, and accessories in warranty (Service fees of 531 Baht will be charged for out-of-warranty equipment)
    • No labor fees will be charged for express repair services (If there are spare parts available on site.), applicable to both in-warranty and out-of-warranty products.

    Terms of services of Canon express checkup, cleaning, and repair services for Canon cameras, lenses, and accessories

    To be eligible for Canon's express services, please take note of the following terms and conditions before requesting the service.

    • This special service is only available for customers requesting express services from 3 - 20 April 2023 at Canon Service Center, Sathorn Square Office Tower (24th Floor).
    • This service applies to Canon cameras, lenses, and accessories in warranty.
    • The express service is only available from Monday to Friday and closed on weekends, public holidays, and other special holidays as announced by Canon.
    • While there are no limits to the number of Canon products eligible for the express service per customer, kindly take note of the following terms of service and queue management as specified below:
      • Free express services are limited to 2 items per service order. Canon offers free express services of up to 40 service orders per day, divided into two sessions per day:
        • 20 service orders for the morning session (from 8:15 hrs. to 11:30 hrs.)
        • 20 service orders for the afternoon session (from 13:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs)
      • Customers requesting the free express service for more than 2 items will be required to split up their service orders for the 3rd and 4th items and so on. Please note that the new order created for the additional items will be queued accordingly.
      • Customers dropping off their products for the express service in the morning can get them back in the afternoon. Those dropping them off in the afternoon can get them the next morning.
    • This service does not apply to any repair service requiring spare parts that are not available on site.
    • Customers must confirm their express repair order immediately after being informed of the repair details by Canon staff over the phone.
    • For the express repair service with spare parts available, customers can get their product back within the next 3 working days with no extra fees of the usual Express Service Charge. The exception includes cameras sustaining severe damages, for example, dropped cameras and water-damaged cameras and other conditions that require intensive testing.
    • This service does not cover cleaning inside the equipment e.g., mold and rust removal.
    • The exemption of labor fees cannot be combined with other promotions.
    • Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will use the personal information provided in the form for the purpose of notification, verification, and identification under this promotion only. The company will manage customers’ personal information in compliance with the applicable laws and Canon’s policies. Please refer to Canon’s Information Security policy at th.canon
    • In the event of any dispute, the decision of Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. shall be deemed final.
    • Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. reserves its right to amend or cancel this promotion, including other relevant details, without prior notice.
