Terms and conditions for the Canon Loves Mom Promotion :
- Receive a 30% discount on repair service fees at Canon service centers (this can be combined with the warranty discount for an additional 30% off the service fee after the warranty deduction).
- To participate, follow this rule :
- Head Office service center : Customers can post a message of love for their mother at the service center.
- Bangna and Rayong service centers: Customers visiting these branches must send a message of love for their mother via LINE @canonthailand.
- Mail-In Repairs : Customers sending products for repair via a private delivery service or Thailand Post must send a message of love for their mother via LINE @canonthailand.
- Canon Delivery Service: Customers using Canon delivery service must send a message of love for their mother via LINE @canonthailand.
- This promotion is available to individual customers who have purchased cameras or lenses with a Canon warranty. Corporate customers are not eligible.
- The discount cannot be used with Express Service.
- The promotion is valid from August 1 - 30, 2024. Customers must request a repair within this period to receive the discount.
- The activity is available Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, public holidays, and holidays announced by Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
