With the recent announcements of lockdown easing for more selected businesses and activities by the government, please be informed that Canon Phuket Service Center will reopen and be ready to serve you from 1 July 2020 onwards.
To maintain our disease-control measures, we would seek cooperation from all visitors to wear face masks all the times and observe social distancing by remaining at least 1-2 meters apart. Standard safety measures will remain active at all Canon Service Centers. Alcohol hand sanitizer will be provided and all the public touchpoints will be disinfected on an hourly basis.
For customers with product repair needs but not ready to visit Canon Service Centers during this time, please be informed that Canon still offers Canon Delivery Service for product repair in Bangkok and surrounding provinces. You can request the service through Canon Call Center Tel. 02 344 9988 or Line @Canon Thailand from 8.15 a.m. to 5.15 p.m. (Monday to Friday).
