The message <TONER LOW/PREPARE NEW TONER> appears on the display and a copy/print job or printing fax is continued.
Cause and Solution
If the toner is running low, the message <TONER LOW/PREPARE NEW TONER> appears on the display. Redistribute toner in the toner cartridge. For instructions on how to redistribute toner, see "Redistributing Toner." We recommend that you prepare a new toner cartridge for future replacement with ease.
