Solution

    There are cases where the continuous shooting settings cannot be set depending on the selected shooting mode.
    Please refer to Drive at List of functions that can be set in each shooting mode (EOS REBEL T3i/EOS 600D), and switch to the mode that supports continuous shooting before making continuous shooting settings.
