How do I check the camera’s remaining battery power? (PowerShot N / PowerShot N2)

Turn on the camera, and the battery icon will appear on the LCD monitor. If the icon does not appear, touch [DISP.] several times to display it.

NOTE

The position and shape of the operation buttons, screens displayed, and setting items may differ according to the model you use.

An on-screen icon or message indicates the battery charge level.

　Sufficient charge.

　Slightly depleted, but sufficient.

(Blinking in red) Nearly depleted-charge the battery soon.

　Charging in progress.

　Charging finished.

If the message [Change the battery] appears on the LCD monitor, the battery charge is low and the camera cannot be operated.

Recharge the battery immediately.
