Announcement of Re-Opening Schedule & Temporary Closure
at Selected Service Centers
For Visitors to Canon Service Centers and
Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co. Ltd. Headquarters
In accordance with the Emergency Decree on emergency situation B.E. 2548 announced on 26th March 2020 and the one-month Emergency Decree extension announced on 28th April 2020 to tighten up measures against the spread of COVID-19, as well as the recent announcements of initial phases of lockdown easing for selected businesses and activities, please be informed that our Service Center at Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co. Ltd. Headquarters located on L2 Floor, Sathorn Square Office Tower, will be ready for re-opening on 18 May 2020. To maintain our disease-control measures, we would seek cooperation from all visitors to:
Wear masks all the times
Take temperature screening (Any visitors with body temperature exceeding 37.5๐C will not be allowed entry)
Observe social distancing by remaining at least 1-2 meters apart
Alcohol hand sanitizer will also be provided and all the public touchpoints will be disinfected on an hourly basis.
However, all other service centers in Bangkok & outskirts as well as in upcountry will remain temporarily closed until 31 May 2020.
For customers with product repair needs, Canon still provides Canon Delivery Service for product repair in Bangkok and surrounding provinces. You can request the service through Canon Call Center Tel. 02 344 9988 or Line @Canon Thailand from 8.15 a.m. to 5.15 p.m. (Monday to Friday).
