• Benefits
  Free Expense service 535 THB per item from the above check and cleaning list (“Express Service”) 
  • For products out of warranty,
  free Express Service is applicable but the fee for checking and cleaning service is applied at the regular rate.
  • For products under warranty,
  free Express Service and checking and cleaning service are applicable.  
  
  
• Exception (excluded from promotion)
  • Customers shall receive the product within 7 working days if spare parts are available with free Express Service.
  • The promotion is not applicable to customers who need the repair service, and waiting for spare parts is required.
  • Products with severe damage, such as, from dropping, water damage, or damage requiring inspection and test, are not applicable for this promotion. Staff shall inform customers accordingly.
  • Customers who request for internal cleaning service, such as mold or rust, shall receive the product within 7 working days with free Express Service.   
  
  
• Service Locations and Promotion Period
  • The promotion is available only Monday – Friday (No Saturday - Sunday, public holidays, or day-off announced by Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Company”). The company limits the service to 20 customers per day.
  • Customer can use the promotion up to 2 items at a time. A new service slot is required for the 3rd item and more.
  • The promotion is reserved for the service in Thailand only. Customers can use the service and promotion at the Canon Service Center (Head Office only).
  • Promotion period is from 30 March to 30 April 2026.    
  
  
• Express Service : Services provided before 3:00 PM will receive same-day Express Service. Services provided after 3:00 PM will receive Express Service on the next business day.
