Promotion Period : August 3, 2026 – August 31, 2026
Target Customer Groups :
- General customers who use their cameras regularly but have never had them inspected at a service center.
- Customers who have been using their cameras for some time and want to check their overall working condition.
The inspection and repair services included in this promotion consist of 17 items, as follows :
- Check the functionality of various control buttons.
- Check the functionality of internal camera functions.
- Check the focusing system.
- Check the tightness of screws and external parts.
- Check the condition of rubber and external parts of the camera body.
- Check the zoom and focus rings of the lens.
- Clean the image sensor.
- Clean the exterior of the device.
- Check the shutter speed.
- Check the exposure system.
- Check the number of shutter actuations.
- Check the white balance.
- Check the camera’s color settings.
- Check various connection points.
- Check the internal microphone.
- Perform basic image and video recording tests.
- Update to the latest firmware version.
Repair Service Discount (Up to 30% Additional Labor Discount)
Customers participating in this campaign will automatically receive an additional labor discount on top of the regular discount, without needing to request it. This offer applies only to repair payments of 5000 baht or more before any additional discount.

* In cases where parts are needed, 50% of the total repair cost must be paid on the day the repair is agreed upon.
** Products outside of Canon (Thailand) service center warranty and not purchased through an official distributor in Thailand are not eligible for this promotion and will not receive the regular discount, additional labor discount, or any other benefits under this promotion.
*** Customers will receive a regular 40% discount on the total repair cost (including parts and labor) and an additional 10% - 30% discount on labor costs (calculated from the labor cost after the regular discount has been applied) according to the specified repair payment range.
Promotion Terms and Conditions :
- Customers who meet the promotion’s terms and conditions will automatically receive the benefit when receiving service within the promotion period.
- Customers must pay the repair fee according to the specified service rate.
- This promotion is only for customers who submit at least two items to open a repair work order (or what is called a repair work order pair), such as camera + lens, camera + flash, lens + lens, etc. Submitting only one item will not qualify for this promotion.
- There is no limit on the number of items per customer (customers can submit more than one repair work order pair and receive the benefit).
- Customers must confirm the repair within the promotion period after receiving the cost details from the staff to maintain their eligibility; otherwise, they will forfeit their rights.
- This promotion is only for customers who receive service at the Canon Head Office Service Center, Sathorn Square Building, 24th Floor.
- Service is available only Monday – Friday.
