Canon Printer Repair Delivery Services
The above price is the minimum price for delivery service within Bangkok metropolitan region.
The price may be charged for additional areas based on distance.
The consideration of product warranty made by the company is absolute.
- The delivery service is available on Monday-Friday from 8.30-16.00 hrs. except holiday.
(In case customers call after 14.00 hrs. The company reserves the right to pick up the product on the next business day) - The company will provide service only after receiving full payment from the customers.
- Customers will provide delivery service, only after receiving full payment from customers.
- Customers must provide name-address information. The phone number that can be contacted (mobile number only), printer model and serial number before requesting service.
- Customers must prepare to pack the product to repair in good condition, ready to be transported as recommend by staffs. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible for any damage during transportation.
- Delivery service providing area only Bangkok and metropolitan region (Samut Prakan , Nontaburi , Pathum Thani) or area with a distance 0 - 10 kilometers from the Canon Certified Service Center only.
(The company reserves the right to consider in case of outside the service and may have additional charges in distances if exceeded ). - The company reserves the right to provide delivery service printer 1 unit at a time.

TS/Tr Series : TS207, TS307, TS707, TS8270, TS9570, TR8570 - The company will compensate for damages according to the product value on the day of call for service but not more than 7,000 baht per time as specified by the transportation agent.
