Canon enhances customer convenience by offering nationwide pickup and delivery service for camera, lens, and photography equipment repairs.

Starting from only 300 THB per box (excluding 7% VAT), the service covers a wide range of products*,
with no limit on damage type, number of boxes, or service area **.

Service Conditions :

  • Items must be securely packed with shock protection.
  • Maximum 4 items per box.
  • Service requests accepted Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM via:

  • Customers must provide: 
    • Full name, address, postal code, contact number
    • Product model & serial number
    •  Description of the issue
  •  Pickup will be arranged after payment confirmation.
  • No refunds for service fees if canceled or conditions are not met.
  • Delivery arranged for the next business day.
  •  Damage compensation up to 2,000 THB per case.
  • Service fee is for pickup & delivery only – does not include repair fees.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 days (excluding repair time).
  • Repair duration: 
    • Standard : ~15 business days
    • Express : 1–3 business days
      (contact for rates)
    •  Repair time excludes parts ordering and waiting period
