Quick Fix 1 Day Repair Services for Canon cameras and accessories

Quick Fix 1 Day Repair Services for Canon cameras and accessories aims to elevate customer satisfaction from basic services to superior special services suitable for professional photographers, foreign tourists, and general customers who urgently need to use photography equipment.


Fees for Quick Repair Service 
  • 100 baht for cleaning a sensor by getting service and return within the same day
  • 300 baht for repairing a camera that can be repaired within 3 business days
  • 500 baht for repairing a camera that can be repaired within 1 day or within 8 business hours

Terms of Service
  1. The quick repair service will be performed only after the Company has received the repair approval from the customer.
  2. In the case of postal repair, the repair period shall start from the date of approval from the customer, and end on the date of postal delivery to the customer, excluding the number of days the product is sent back to the customer.
  3. Customers who wish to bring their products or accessories for quick repair service must first bring their devices for a preliminary inspection and evaluation at the service center, head office.
  4. The quick repair service depends on availability of spare parts, condition of the device, and product type and model as determined by the Company.
  5. In the case of force majeure that prevents the quick repair to be completed as determined by the Company, the customer will be entitled to use a spare camera and lens for free during the period beyond the completion date of the quick repair until the date the repaired camera is returned to the customer. However, the customer will still have to pay the quick repair fee as usual.
  6. During the quick repair, if the customer needs to use a spare camera and lens, the customer can rent the camera and lens at the rental rate set by the Company. However, the Company reserves the right to charge a deposit. The customer can inquire about the deposit fee for each model of camera and lens from the service center.
  7. In the case of force majeure that makes it impossible to provide the quick repair service according to the specified conditions and there is no spare equipment to use, the Company will not charge for the quick repair service.
  8. The Company reserves the right to limit the number of the quick repair services per day by basing on the volume of work and the ability to provide services within a reasonable time.
  9. The 40% discount under the Company's warranty conditions cannot be used as a discount for the quick repair services.
  10. The quick repairs are guaranteed for 3 months after repair, the same as the normal after-repair warranty.
  11. The Company shall waive the quick repair service fee in the cases of firmware updates, and upgrades of C-log, Voice Tag, DAF, and Dual System Frequency.
  12. This quick repair service is a special service that is beyond the after-sales warranty conditions. Therefore, if customers wish to use the quick repair service while still under warranty, the customers must pay the service fees at the rate as determined by the Company.
