This product is the printer driver compatible with Microsoft Windows 11/10.
The printer driver is required for printing on CX-G2400 printers from Windows applications.

- Due to a Windows specification change by Microsoft, the pop-up feature has been removed from the Help screen. As a result, linked windows will not appear. The contents of these linked windows have changed to display on the main Help screen rather than dispalying as a pop-up.
- Fixed a minor software bug where an error may occur when using standard Windows 11 applications (such as Paint, Notepad, etc.).

* Some items in the context menu (right-click menu) such as [printer properties] may not appear if the USB version of the printer driver is installed on a computer that already has the LAN version of the printer driver installed.
To avoid this limitation, follow the steps below:
1.Open [Control Panel] and [Devices and Printers].
2.Right-click the "Canon CX-G2400 (Network)" icon and select [Properties] .
3.Select [Hardware] tab and open [Properties].
4.Open [Change Settings] and then select [Drivers] tab.
5.Select [Update Driver] and then select [Automatically find driver].
Follow the below procedure to install the printer driver:
1. Click [DOWNLOAD] to download the installation program (.exe file).
2. Open the folder where the downloaded .exe file resides. (Check the browser settings to find the save location.)
3. Double click the downloaded .exe to start the installation program.
4. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation.
