This product is the printer driver compatible with Microsoft Windows 11.
The printer driver is required for printing on CX-G2400 printers from Windows applications.

The following issues affecting Windows 11 version 24H2 have been resolved:
- At the start of printing, Status Monitor launches automatically but closes after 1–2 seconds. Printing proceeds normally.
- Status Monitor can be started manually, but it closes automatically after 1–2 seconds.

- Due to a Windows specification change by Microsoft, the pop-up feature has been removed from the Help screen. As a result, linked windows will not appear. The contents of these linked windows have changed to display on the main Help screen rather than displaying as a pop-up.
- Fixed a minor software bug where an error may occur when using standard Windows 11 applications (such as Paint, Notepad, etc.).

- You must have an access privilege for the printer settings in order to install the printer driver.
- Log on with an administrator account first.
- Close all running application programs.
- The printer driver uninstaller may fail to run and the driver icon may not be deleted. If the driver icon is not deleted, restart your computer and run the uninstaller again.
- ARM-based Windows are not supported.

Follow the below procedure to install the printer driver:
1. Click [DOWNLOAD] to download the installation program (.exe file).
2. Open the folder where the downloaded .exe file resides. (Check the browser settings to find the save location.)
3. Double click the downloaded .exe to start the installation program.
4. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation.
