- For simultaneous RAW + JPEG image recordings, the same image will be saved as a RAW (.cr2) and JPEG (.jpg) having the same file number in the same folder.

- The number of possible shots and maximum burst apply to a 2GB CF card based on Canon’s testing standards. Figures in parentheses apply to an Ultra DMA (UDMA) 2GB CF card based on Canon’s testing standards.
- The single image size, number of possible shots, and maximum burst during continuous shooting are based on Canon’s testing standards (JPEG quality: 8, ISO 100, Picture Style: Standard).
- Check the viewfinder or top LCD panel for the current number of possible shots.
- The single image size and number of possible shots will vary depending on the subject, memory card brands, ISO speed, Picture Style, etc.
- In the case of monochrome images, the file size will be smaller so the number of possible shots will be higher.
- The actual maximum burst will vary depending on the subject, memory card brand, image-recording quality (image size and JPEG quality), ISO speed, drive mode, Picture Style, Custom Functions, etc.
