Please select [Infrastructure] from the [Select a communication mode] of the camera.
Please make sure that your camera and Android device are connected to an access point.
Please start Canon CameraWindow 1.0.
Please make sure that Canon CameraWindow 1.0 is not running in the background.
After forcing Canon CameraWindow to close on the Android device’s application settings, try to connect a second time by following the connection procedures.
Please uninstall Canon CameraWindow 1.0 and then install it a second time.
