Easy operation with an intuitive display allows users to start scanning and select pre-configured jobs with one-touch buttons and more. The complimentary software, CaptureOnTouch, has powerful document processing tools. Users can pre-configure scan tasks and even send scanned documents directly to third-party cloud applications such as Microsoft® SharePoint®, Dropbox and OneDrive. CaptureOnTouch supports OCR, barcode and 2D code recognition which facilitates a smooth integration into existing workflows and systems. The imageFORMULA DR-C340/C350 Double Feed Release (DFR) function allows scanning to resume quickly when double feed is detected, keeping downtime to a minimum. The DR Management Tool also allows administrators to centrally manage scanners across the organisation.
